Martin also holds the World Record for the fast time to in finishing the 1100 mile Sled Dog Race. If you come to Alaska we would highly recommend that you stop by Big Lake and visit Happy Trails Kennels and see what all is involved in the process of training a team of dogs for this tremendous event and experience what its is like to be pulled behind a team of these amazing athletes.
